A day of revelry for Broadbeach dog owners

Lots of people love Broadbeach and the Gold Coast. But what about our furry, fluffy, four-legged friends in the animal kingdom? Do they feel the same way? You might think that we can never really know, but the truth is self-evident. 

The good people at the City of Gold Coast haven't forgotten about pet owners and our animal friends. They know that owning a piece of Gold Coast real estate is useless if they can't cater to every single member of the family – including those who can't walk on their hind legs. 

Fortunately, that's exactly what they aim to do with the Just Walk Me event on 8 June. Not only will it be a fun day out of walking and socialising for your dog, but it'll be the same for you and the family. It gives you the chance to get outside away from the TV, spend some quality family time and get some exercise. 

The City of Gold Coast's animal management team will even be on hand to give advice, so it'll be that extra rare quality for fun events – educational.
