High end Gold Coast properties to be auctioned
Gold Coast real estate is set to get a workout over the coming weeks as a number of high end properties go up for auction.
The Gold Coast Bulletin reports that poker machine heir Christian Ainsworth and jeweller John Calleija are both putting their homes on the market, with Ray White Runaway Bay and Ray White Broadbeach charged with selling them, respectively.
Mr Ainsworth's seven bedroom home on the Sovereign Islands is a waterfront property with lovely views on a north facing, large block.
Principal of Ray White Runaway Bay principal Ali Mian told the publication that the property is seeing a high level of interest before it goes under the hammer at the end of January.
In addition to Mr Calleija's luxurious waterfront home, Ray White Broadbeach is also looking to sell a five bedroom, five bathroom mansion in Southport.
The home, which has a ten car garage and beautiful views of the Gold Coast skyline previously sold for $5.85 million for the property in 2008.
The home is described as possibly the best address on the Gold Coast with top-class waterfront facilities.
