Ray White expecting bumper auction season
Ray White is hoping for a bumper auction season as it lists some of the best Gold Coast property around.
A Sovereign mansion is up for sale, boasting a ten car garage and 24 metres of unrivalled water frontage. The property was designed by the famed Noosa architect, Paul Clout, and features timber and stone construction that are focused on tranquillity and accentuates the beautiful pool.
Ali Mian, the principal of Ray White Runaway Bay, told the Gold Coast Bulletin that he expected many people would want to visit the property, given how special it is.
The 904 square metre block of land upon which the house sits, was bought for $550,000 ten years ago by Price Attack hair chain owners, Barry and Carrol Jarred.
Also on offer from Ray White in Runaway Bay is a Shearwater Esplanade waterfront property comma which has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms and an underground garage.
The land was purchased in 2003 for $1.75 million, with the house built at a later date.
Ray White Runaway Bay will auction off $35 million worth of real estate in late January next year, while other agencies are expected to hold their own sales including Ray White Broadbeach.
