Summer movie nights a perfect piece of Friday fun

What's better than lying back on the hearth, putting an arm around the one you love, swigging back a tasty beverage and filling up with some heavily buttered popcorn while a flick plays on the screen in front of you? 

Well we can think of one better feeling – owning some Broadbeach real estate. Short of that, though, there's not much that can beat it. Just as well, then, that if you purchase a home in the dazzling area, you can get a twofer for the next while. 

The Gold Coast's Movies in the Park summer program is coming back this Friday 31 October, and will stick around until the end of March. It could just be the perfect summertime evening event to complement the fun-filled days Broadbeach residents spend on the Gold Coast.

Kicking off the weeks of great family movies will be Tim Burton's Frankenweenie, based on a short film the quirky director created before hitting the big time. Other films on offer include the Lego Movie, Frozen, as well as the 90s classic Jumanji – a great way to introduce your little ones to the brilliant comedy of Robin Williams.
